hello there!
Recently i've found myself with the task of creating scrapbooks for my friends and families, and currently I am working on a scrapbook for my mother, who will be giving it to a family friend as a gift, i have decided that i definitley like scrapbooking MORE than card making haha, because you have so much to work with and do, and they are more personal and fun! however, i will always do both.

stressed!
Hello! So I apologize for my "all talk no action" lately. I have made cards lately but havent posted them up here, and they are already in the hands of the recievers and I just havent posted anything at all. I've been passing out business cards and telling them to visit but not having any new posts! with graduation and registering for clc and family matters i've been stressed beyond belief. It's very sad and I feel very dissapointed in myself, and at times have wanted to just delete this blog and throw my business cards out, but i havent thank god. Unfortunatley this isnt a personal blog and i am unable to go into my personal life, but it's been hard and I apologize for my lack of posts, however the good news is i will be back in the groove soon. Thanks again for visiting!

so i havent had much time to make cards and work on my skill, because honestly with this stuff, you need all the practice you get. you really get better with time. my fave crafter. my pink stamper. crafted for 15 years.. and shes 36. crazy! so considering how i started this year. have faith in me!
im graduating on the 22nd of may. life is crazy right now and i have so much i want to do with handmadebyhaley and not enough time! i feel uninspired and without the time to do it.
have no fear! there will be so many posts coming back up this summer. i plan on documenting everything and scrapbooking and cardmaking and going to conventions.
also my friends have had their own little business too and i let them knwo some tips and tricks ive learned and have seen in other marketing classes i have taken so if you need any advice please feel free to contact me.
also i plan on selling my works at my towns farmers market. sounds super lame and as if i'm 5 years old but you know what, i don't even care. if i make money then who should care? and i could have some sweet as local treats when i want to replenish my nutrients.
anyways.
theres so much coming up. cards scrapbooks i'll also be offering advertisement of other local business, heres one i have just consulted with. ladies if you need a makeup artist or a makeup consultant visit jessicaletona.com and you will look no further! i honestly 100 % no gimmick recommend her.
i will also offer small businesses like jessica service deals. she does my makeup i make her thank you cards for the customers. simple simple.
wow i feel so super stressed but so excited to get started. now i am VERY tired. and can barely see the screen.

ATTENTION!
Today (well yesterday technically since its 12:37 am) 4/23 was my 18th birthday! My amazing boyfriend bought me many gifts including the Cricut Cartridge i've been wanting foreverrrrrr! Give A Hoot!
I will be posting the images on the purchase page in case you want to specify the kind of card you want more! I also got a crop-a-dile setter and im super happy about that!
My craft center BTW, is completley different since the pictures posted earlier in the year, i will take a photo soon and have an updated look inside my drawers!
So, now that i have hundreds of dollars worth of stuff i definitley need to spend hours making cards and practicing! i got the tools but i need to learn so i will definitley be going to some workshops and such but thank you so much for visiting my page!

Its all greek to me!?
Don't know much about scrapbooking stuff?
heres some terms you might be hearing..
CHA- CHA stands for the Craft and Hobby Association. It is where all scrap and cardmaking manufacturers and businesses and such come together in one place, everyone has their own station or almost kiask and its like a job fair or market where people walk around and retailers look at manufacturers and choose what they want to start carrying etc.
Cricut, Cuttlebug, Babybug, Provocraft. (any insect sounding name..)
These are all from the manufacturer Provocraft, they are HUGEE! found at pretty much every craft store in the nation.
- The Cricut machine is a cutting (and depending on the machine printing (patterns and colors like making your own cardstock) machine by PROVO CRAFT, there is a
Cricut personal (the one i have)- simple cutting abilities 6 1/2 by 11.
Cricut Create- a vamped up version of the cricut.
Cricut Imagine- Cut Larger surfaces 12x12 and 12xlonger. Print pattern and designs on plain cardstock!
Cricut Expression- Larger updated Cricut since cricut create and cricut personal.
Cricut Cake- Helps you decorate and design cupcakes and cakes.
okay so besides the cricut cake you can use most cricut cartridges on any of these.-
Gypsy-handheld organizer that looks like a psp and you can design and prepare projects for your also from provocraft is the cuttlebug
a personal embosser.
Slicer a die cut machine,
the cricut cartridges are different plug ins witth different shapes sayings designs phrases fonts and what not. there are a little over a hundred i think..

camp out
and the basic shapes and fonts that came with my cricut.
i plan on getting tons more!

My Desk!
Here is my desk! I need to get a mirror to put on the wall since when i sit i am facing my wall and my tv is facing my back! hehe.

Well, business is booming so to speak, and I have orders, ORDERS can you believe it? This is awesome. A business card is in the works but for now I'm sending people way to my blog and so i figured I would post prices up here. I started making a few cards a night and bringing them to school and people would buy them almost before the bell rang, at $1 a peice it was a steal considering after some long figuring they cost me $4 of supplies a card roughly.
